At the start of term 4, we made a post of what goals we want to achieve this term. The one on the left is what we want to achieve in work and the one on the right is about the 5 R's. The 5 R's are Respect, Reciprocity, Resourcefulness, Reflectiveness, and Resilience. The one I chose to do my goal on is Reflectiveness. Do you have any goals this term?

Hello Dylan, I really liked you blog post, I really like how you had lots of colours on your ladder. Maybe you could have a different background cause it was to distracting from your ladder. Good job!
